Hours: Our box office is located outside the main music hall entrance and is open two(2) hours prior to set door time on event days only.

Parking: Valet service is available at the venue complex. Please note that the valet service is run by the City of Houston and not the venue. Additionally, street parking is free after 6pm. Be sure to follow city parking and traffic signage, and paid underground parking is available in the citys Theatre District Parking
